Need help from a TST technician? We can connect to your computer securely and fix the problem while you watch.

How it works

1. Contact us first on +27 10 085 0770 or info@tst.co.za (Monday to Friday, 9am–4pm).

2. Click the link your technician asks you to use below, then run the file it downloads.

3. Read the ID or session code on your screen to the technician. You'll see everything they do and can end the session at any time.
